VEGETABLES
Asparagus:
Crisp and flavourful. Starts in early June and ends half way through July. Sold in 1lb bundles. Grown in Norfolk County.
Beans:
You’ll notice the difference; the texture of our beans stand out above the rest. Two main colours are available from July to October; yellow and green string beans. Sold in quarts and 2-quart baskets. Large quantities of Romano and Flat beans can be pre-ordered throughout the year in their respective seasons. Grown in Norfolk County.
Beets:
Whether you’re cooking or canning them, these premium beets won’t disappoint. Available from July to October. Come in bundles of 3, quarts, two-quarts, or four-quart baskets. Larger quantities can be ordered in bags, when available. Grown in Norfolk County.
Broccoli:
Vibrant and full. Supplied from June to October. Comes in bundles of 2-3. Grown in Norfolk County.
Brussel Sprouts:
Small, cabbage-like vegetables; great cooked. Sold in quarts, and available near the end of August. Grown in Norfolk County.
Carrots:
Surprisingly sweet and core-less. Available from July to October. Come in small bundles of 5-6, quarts, or 2 quart baskets. Grown in Norfolk County.
Cauliflower:
Large and beautiful. Sold individually, and available from June to October. Grown in Norfolk County.
Cucumbers:
Flavourful field-grown cucumbers; large size is available from July to October. Pickling cucumbers have a 3-4 week season starting in the beginning of August. There are 5 different sizes to choose from, available upon order. Grown in Norfolk County.
Eggplant:
Fantastic in many cooked dishes. Our eggplant is plump and firm. Sold individually. Grown in Norfolk County.
Garlic:
Intensely flavourful. Available from July to October. Sold individually. Large quantities can be purchased at the end of the season, and stored in a cool, dry place for winter use. Grown in Norfolk County.
Grape Tomatoes:
Small tomatoes, roughly one inch in height. Sold in full pints. Grown in Aylmer.
Green Onions:
Pro-tip: great with burgers! Available from June to October, in small bunches of approximately 10-15. Grown in Norfolk County.
Jalepeño Peppers:
Spicy peppers that can pack some real flavour into your meal. Sold individually. Grown in Norfolk County.
Leek:
In the onion family, great for soups and stews. Sold in bunches of three. Grown in Norfolk County.
Onions:
You’ll be crying tears of joy! Red and White Spanish Onions, sold individually. Grown in Norfolk County.
Peas:
Great for snacking, and slightly addictive. Sweet Peas are sold in quarts or 3L baskets, and are available for the first three weeks of July. Grown in Norfolk County.
Peppers:
Organic - great raw or cooked. Red, green, orange, and yellow peppers sold fresh in any quantity. Specific hot peppers are also occasionally available and can be requested. Available from June to October. Grown in Norfolk County.
Pickling Cucumbers:
Available upon request/order. Excellent for canning. We also supply garlic, dill, onions etc. Everything you need to do your pickling from start to finish! Grown in Norfolk County.
Potatoes:
You can’t beat a new potato! Sized and graded mini-potatoes or large potatoes are available from July to October. The varieties include White, Yukon Gold, and Red. Sold in quarts, two-quarts, or four-quart baskets. Larger quantities can be ordered in bags, when available. Grown in Norfolk County.
Radishes:
Fresh and crispy, great in salads or eaten individually. Sold in bunches and available from July to October. Grown in Norfolk County.
Roma Tomatoes:
Oval shaped tomatoes, great for sauces and cooking. The first variety is a traditional “Plum-Roma”, and 1-2 weeks later the San Marzano variety is also available. Sold in quarts and 3L baskets. Full bushels (30 quarts) can be pre-ordered. Grown in Norfolk County.
Shepherd Peppers:
A longer red pepper, great for grilling or cooking. Sold individually. Grown in Norfolk County.
Spinach:
Perfect for a summer salad or healthy smoothie. Sold in 1/2 lb bags. Grown in Norfolk County.
Squash:
Butternut, Spaghetti, and Pepper (Acorn) Squash available in the end of August to October. Grown in Norfolk County.
Sweet Corn:
Often described as “the best corn in town”. Peaches N' Cream, picked fresh every morning. Sold by the dozen, half-dozen, and as individual cobs. We also take pre-orders in any quantity. Grown in Norfolk County.
Tomatoes:
Delicious and meaty. Field-grown and sold in quarts or 3L baskets. Grown in Aylmer.
Zucchini:
A must-have in your summer diet; it’s versatile and can be paired with just about anything. Yellow and green zucchini, sold individually. Grown in Norfolk County.
FRUIT
Apples:
Crunchy or soft, sweet or tart; depending on the variety, you can experience any of the above. Several different varieties; starting with Paula Red and Ginger Gold during the last weeks of August. Further into the season, other varieties become available such as Honey Crisp, McIntosh, Empire, Gala, and Cortland. Sold in quarts and 3L baskets. Grown in Norfolk County.
Apricots:
Similar to a peach, with a smooth surface. Generally a short growing season, beginning half way through July; available in quarts and 3L baskets. Large quantities can be ordered. #2 Grade are also available at a discount for freezing or baking. Grown in Niagara.
Black Cherries:
Mouthwatering deep coloured cherries. Generally stay in season until the end of July. Sold in quarts and 3L baskets. Grown in Niagara.
Cantaloupe:
The tastiest cantaloupe you will ever experience. Ask one of our employees to help pick one out for you. Starts in the beginning of August. Grown in Norfolk County.
Mixture Baskets:
Sold once an abundance of Niagara fruits are available. Depending on what is in season, we load up a 3L basket with several different fruits.
Nectarines:
Tree-ripened and scrumptious. Sold in quarts and 2L baskets. Available in the beginning of August. Grown in Niagara.
Peaches:
You’ll never want to buy a peach from a chain store again! Our farmer ensures that every peach is tree-ripened. Sold in quarts, 3L baskets, or larger quantities if ordered ahead. Varieties include: Garnet Beauty, Harrow Diamond, and Red Haven Freestone. #2 Grade are also available at a discount for freezing or baking. Grown in Niagara.
Pears:
Quite the underrated fruit! You’ll want to keep these on your weekly grocery list. Several varieties available throughout the season, such as Sugar Pears, Clapps, and Bartlett. Sold in quarts and 3L baskets, starting in the middle of August. Grown in Niagara.
Plums:
Can be eaten firm for a more tart taste. Or, leave them on your counter for a couple days until they’re soft and juicy. Available in quarts and 3L baskets, starting with the Early Golden Yellow Plum variety in the end of July. Later varieties include Shiro and Blue Plums. Grown in Niagara.
Raspberries:
High in fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Depending on supply, they are sold in either full pints or half pints. Grown in Norfolk County.
Strawberries:
A crowd-pleaser and best-seller for us, for good reason. Sold in quarts. We also take orders for larger quantities (flats or masters). The first strawberries are available in June and go until July. Ever-Bearing Strawberries are available 2 weeks after June berries, and last until October, or first frost. Grown in Norfolk County.
Wild Blueberries:
A staff favourite. Organic, and incomparable to cultivated blueberries. Come in 10oz cups and are handled carefully. These can also be sold in larger quantities (3L baskets, 11 quart baskets, or any other quantity), by pre-order. Grown and picked in Northern Ontario.
OTHER
Basil:
A versatile herb, great for flavouring meat, vegetables, or any other summer recipes. Comes in the form of a plant and can be replanted in a pot or garden! Supplied throughout June to October. Grown in Norfolk County.
A variety of Flower Bouquets are available as well.
Gladiolas & Flower Bouquets:
Tall and stunning flowers. Starting at the end of July and lasting until October. These come in bunches of 5-6. Choose from our selection of colours: red, pink, purple, or yellow. Grown in Millgrove.

Maple Syrup:
A healthy alternative to regular sweeteners; locally made outside of Elmira. Sold in 500mL and 1L bottles.
Dressings & More:
Harvest Goodies carefully curates several of their products. With dressing flavours of; Raspberry Vinaigrette, Poppyseed, Balsamic Vinaigrette and Herb & Garlic. Pete's Garden Salsa and Jalapeno Slices are other items we carry of theirs.
Preserves:
Bread & Butter Pickles, No Sugar Added Raspberry Jam, All-Natural Applesauce, Medium Salsa, and Cucumber Relish; From Country Flavour in Ariss.
Honey:
Mcrory Honey, the finest in Guelph. Doug and his team carefully select their flowers to create the most flavourful Honey. Not only is it local, it is raw, unpasteurized honey. Comes in forms of Regular, Creamed, Buckwheat and Honeycomb.
Matt & Steve's:
Pickled goods, Baby Dills or Extreme Beans. Fulfill your flavour cravings with a garnish from Matt & Steve's.
